Receptionist

You should be confident handling a multi-line phone system, managing the POS with accurate data entry, coordinating appointments, guiding clients through check in and check out, and managing cash with care. Experience with scheduling and luxury level customer service is important, along with steady phone etiquette and the ability to stay composed in a fast paced setting. You will solve problems on the fly, make smart decisions under pressure, keep a polished and professional appearance, and maintain sharp attention to detail.
