48-hour Cancellation

As a courtesy to all of our guests, we have a 48-hour Cancellation Policy. Please make changes prior to 48-hours of the time of your scheduled appointment. A $50 deposit is required at the time you make your appointment for any service that exceeds one hour. If you do need to cancel after 48-hours notice, or if you “no show”, the deposit will be voided. Thank you for your understanding.

Late Arrival

We want to ensure that we give you a complete experience. Please arrive promptly for your scheduled service time. If you arrive 15 minutes after your appointment time we may have to reschedule your service.

Child Safety

Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service for safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests

Returns

If you are unhappy with your service results, we ask for you to give us a call within 48-hours. We’d be more than happy to set you up with a stylist that can achieve your hair goals. Refunds for services are given case by case. Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a valid Matthew Michael's receipt. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Refunds Mail check issued for cash refund over $150. No exchanges or returns on cosmetics.
